1. About these Terms
Cloud Console Navi for AWS ("CCN", "we", "our", or "us") is a browser extension and website. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or buy a plan.
CCN is an independent third-party tool. AWS, Amazon Web Services and related names and logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates; CCN is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Third-party services (AWS, browser stores, Paddle, Supabase) have their own terms.
2. The service
CCN adds navigation tools to the AWS Management Console in your browser; what the free features and Prime include is listed on the Facts page.
- CCN runs on the AWS Management Console and some other AWS websites, in desktop Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
- The free features need no account and keep working offline.
- The dropdown menus of the 10 common services are free and fully editable for everyone. The menus of other services come with Prime, within a daily allowance of new services.
- Prime features need an account and an active trial, bonus days, a subscription or a Lifetime plan.
- Service data and features can change (section 10). We do not remove a feature of a plan you have paid for without a fair replacement or a refund of the unused period; for Lifetime, section 5 applies.
3. Accounts
- You sign in with your e-mail address and a one-time code or a password. Keep your credentials safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per mailbox: variants of the same mailbox, such as plus-addresses or dots in a Gmail address, count as the same address (see the Privacy Policy).
- A free account can be signed in on 2 browsers and a Prime account (trial and bonus days included) on 8. If you sign in on one more, the browser used least recently is signed out; the same happens when your plan changes, for example when a trial ends.
- You can change the e-mail address of your account twice in any 12 months.
- You can delete your account from the Account page in the extension. A renewing subscription must be cancelled first; once the cancellation is set, you can delete the account. Deleting it ends Prime at once, and the unused part of a paid period is not refunded (see the Refund Policy). What happens to your data afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Free trial
- Your 14-day trial of all Prime features starts when you confirm your e-mail address at sign-up. No payment method is needed and nothing is charged.
- A trial is granted once per mailbox, including the addresses an account was changed from or to, and also after an account has been deleted. If you sign up again with the same address while the trial is still running, it continues with the days that remain.
- When the trial ends, the account becomes a free account: Prime stops, the free features keep working and the limit of signed-in browsers is 2.
- If you buy Monthly or Annual during the trial, the trial days you have left become bonus days that start when your paid period ends.
- Details: FAQ.
5. Plans, prices and payment
- Prime is available as Monthly, Annual or Lifetime. Prices are in USD and include tax; Paddle calculates the tax for your location within that price and shows it on the receipt.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), our reseller and the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle sells the plan to you and handles cards, invoices, taxes and refunds, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.
- Monthly and Annual renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price then current, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Billing in the extension or in the Paddle portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: Prime stays active until then and does not renew.
- You can switch from Monthly to Annual at any time. The switch takes effect immediately and the price difference for the rest of the period is charged pro rata. Annual cannot be switched back to Monthly during its term: cancel it and subscribe again after it ends.
- If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may try again. Prime stays active during Paddle's retry period and ends if the payment is not settled.
- If you buy Lifetime while you have a subscription, the subscription ends. The unused time of the current period can be credited against the Lifetime price, instead of (not on top of) a discount: the larger of the two applies.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewal. It includes all Prime features for the AWS Console as they are when you buy, and their updates, for your personal use; it is one licence per account and cannot be transferred. Clouds added later are not included automatically.
- Lifetime lasts as long as we offer CCN. If we discontinue CCN, we tell you at least 90 days in advance and refund the Lifetime payments made in the 6 months before the notice.
- If we raise the price of Monthly or Annual, we announce it at least 30 days before your next renewal. The new price applies from that renewal, and you can cancel before it.
6. Discounts, codes and invite rewards
- Offers apply to the Lifetime plan only. Monthly and Annual are not discounted.
- One discount applies to a purchase. If more than one qualifies, only the largest one is used; discounts do not add up.
- Offers can be limited in time and in number and can end early when the spots are gone. The rules of each offer are on the Offers page.
- Invite rewards are extra days of Prime. They have no cash value and are limited per account and per period (FAQ). The days earned for a friend's payment are withdrawn if that payment is fully refunded within 30 days (Refund Policy).
- Offers that have to be claimed, such as invite milestones, expire if you do not claim them within the period shown. Bonus days from offers are capped per year.
7. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, whatever the plan; Prime from a refunded payment ends at once. This does not limit any statutory right you have as a consumer.
Details: Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Please contact us before you file a chargeback with your bank.
8. Acceptable use
You are responsible for using CCN in line with the law and with the terms that apply to your use of AWS and of your browser store.
You agree not to:
- create accounts or sign-ins by automated means, or work around the trial, the limit of signed-in browsers, the dropdown menu allowance or any other limit;
- resell your Prime access, or let several people share one account (one person may use their account on as many browsers as the plan allows);
- attack or overload our servers, probe them for vulnerabilities, or try to read data that is not yours;
- copy our service data or dropdown menu data in bulk.
Sign-ups with disposable or temporary e-mail addresses may be declined. We may refuse or cancel a discount, a reward or a trial that was obtained by abuse, for example by creating several accounts for one person. The consequences of a breach are described in section 12.
9. Your data and your AWS account
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. CCN never asks for your AWS credentials and never stores AWS account data on our servers. You are responsible for what you do in your own AWS account.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep CCN available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. AWS can change its Console at any time, which may temporarily affect features until we adapt them.
We may update the extension, the website and the service data (such as the service catalog and the dropdown menus, which are updated online and can change without an extension update), and we may add, change or remove features. A change that reduces a plan you have paid for follows section 2 and section 5: we provide a fair replacement or refund the unused part, and for Lifetime the rule in section 5 applies.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
CCN is provided "as is" and "as available". This does not limit any warranty or remedy that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be excluded by contract.
We are liable without limitation for loss caused by our intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, for fraud, and wherever liability cannot be limited by law. In other cases our liability is limited to the loss that was foreseeable when you entered into the contract and, for slight negligence, to the greater of the total amount you paid for CCN or USD 50.
12. Termination
You can stop using CCN at any time: uninstall the extension and, if you wish, delete your account (cancel a renewing subscription first; see the Refund Policy).
We may suspend or end an account if you materially breach these Terms or abuse the service. Where reasonably possible we tell you the reason by e-mail beforehand and give you a chance to respond.
If we end your account for a reason other than your breach, or stop offering a paid plan, we refund the unused part of what you paid (for Lifetime, see section 5). A suspension or termination for your breach is handled as described in the Refund Policy.
When an account ends, Prime features stop; the free features and the data kept in your browser keep working. The sections on acceptable use, liability and changes, and any right that arose before the end of the account, stay in force.
13. Changes to these Terms
This page always holds the full current Terms, and the "Last updated" date and time (UTC) at the top show the latest revision.
- Minor changes (corrections, clearer wording, contact details) take effect when they are published.
- Material changes (prices or plan contents, refund rules, limits on use) are announced at least 30 days before they take effect, by e-mail to the address of your account and by a notice in the extension.
- If you do not accept a material change, you can cancel, stop using CCN and delete your account before it takes effect. After you cancel, Prime stays active until the end of the paid period under the Terms that applied when you paid, and what a Lifetime purchase includes is not reduced by a change of these Terms. A payment can still be refunded within 14 days under the Refund Policy.
- If you keep using CCN after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply to you.
- Earlier versions are archived and available on request. Changes to the Privacy Policy follow section 11 of the Privacy Policy.
14. General
- Age: you must be at least 16 years old to create an account or buy a plan, and by doing so you confirm this. If you are a minor in your country, you also confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms.
- Severability: if a part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about CCN.
- Assignment: we may transfer these Terms to a successor of the product, with advance notice to you. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else.
- Force majeure: we are not liable for a failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of AWS, browser vendors or our service providers. This does not affect our duty to refund under the Refund Policy.
- Notices: we send notices about these Terms to the e-mail address of your account or show them in the extension.
- Language: the English version of these Terms is the original. Translations are for convenience, except where the law requires the version in your language to prevail.
